Bumps/swelling appeared suddenly
I hurt my knee the other day, today I was icing it and these bumps appeared on my skin about 5 mins after I took the ice pack off. I applied aspercreme and also heat because I thought it might be a result of the ice pack, the swelling has gone down a little but not completely. Some tingling and redness but no sharp pain.
