Bumps on rear side of scalp above neck

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi, I got this pimple kind of bumps on the rear side of my scalp above the neck area from past 5 years. Have visited many dermatologists to get these bumps ride off. Few prescribed ointments and shampoos and few others remove these bumps with laser and prescribe to apply antibiotics. Again these bumps form. I request you to please look into my case and photographs of the bumps attached and help me out in getting ride if these bumps permanently. Thanks in advance.
