Bumps on forehead and upper body

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I was in the sun for multiple days sweating also. Now i have this white bumps all over my forehead like a bunch of them and some all down the side of my cheeks, chest, back of the neck and arms. They are very itchy and feel like hives but I don't think they are.
