Bumps on back of toungue

I notices that I have noticeable bumps in the back of my throat I'd say maybe like 10. They don't hurt at all and I don't notice them at all.

It can't be diagnosed without having a look at it. But sounds to me that a lesion is forming. Co sultana with your dentist, and if required get a biopsy of the lesion done.Do not delay.
