Bumps in Vaginal area

Question

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I'm 19, I've had 2 sexual partners (always safe). I've had these bumps down below since I was 14, I had not at any kind of sexual contact until I was 16; meaning they appeared before. They have not changed at all over the years, they don't bother me accept for appearance. However, I would just like to make sure it's not serious.
