Bump on wrist
Hello I have uploaded the picture of bump on wrist of my son.It is not itching but he continuously itches his genital area don't know whether it's his habit or real itch.But on wrist 2 bumps are there., what is it.

Since when is it seen?
It may be a mosquito bite
But they're increasing in number then we'll have to think about viral rash.

Looks like viral rash, may develop similar rash on face, feet and rear. Its called hand foot mouth disease. Apply lactocalamine and give lots of fluids. Consult properly if worsens

Viral rash on wrist ? Hand foot mouth disease.
Itching over genital region might be a fungal infection.
Next Steps
1.For viral infection calamin lotion is enough
2.fungal infection can be treated with candid B ointment.
