Try
A warm compresses
B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloaxacin twice daily along lid margins
Pus will drain and it will resolve
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
Kindly consult local ophthalmologist

It's a local infectin called molluscum contangiosum ,usually occurs due improper hygiene.
Please put some antibiotic eye eg moxicip 5to 6times a day and rub ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids
Also maintain your hygiene.
