  4. Bump on head of 18 yr old. Should i do?

Bump on head of 18 yr old
My son has small bump on above forehead from last one and half year. feel pain when pinched. Bump is static, no growth. What should I do? also, he is not able to concentrate, especially in studies. My son does not have any other problem, required to ask.
