Bump on back of neck
I have a painful bump on back of my neck near shoulder. I have attached the pictures of it. I am worried what it could be?

It could be a heat boid or pidaka. Ise jatyadi gruta for application. Internally use Saribadyasava 15ml with water three times a day after food.
