Bulkyuterus with endometrial hyperplasia
The uterus is anteverted of bulky uterus size measuring 8.77×6.19×8.04cm with a small sized hetrogenous mass measuring 1.11×0.67cm anterior to endometrial in anterior uterine wall. BULKY UTERUS WITH ANTERIOR INTRAUTERINE MASS (FIBROID) WITH ENDOMETRAL HYPERPLASIA WITH FOLLICULAR CYST LT OVARY. So doctor my question is that is there is a need of operation or it may be all ok with medicine or any other solution rather than operation.
