  4. Bulky uterus. Uterus? or it is curable?

Hi, I have anteverted bulky uterus sizes 11.1*8.5*8.1cm.myometrial echocs nonhomogeneous. Endometrial thickness is 3mm.right ovary 2.1*1.3cm. Left ovary 2*1.3 cm normal echoes.do I have surgery for uterus? Or it is curable?
