Bulging Area Below Eyes & Swelling
I have a problem in my eyes frequently having my lower lids of my eyes bulging and swelling for a span of 2 - 3 days! It sustains for sometime. The eyes swelling increases when I rub or scratch the eye area and sometimes the face swells due to the bulging eyes. Please help me find best solution to correct this issue
