Bulged skin near my pennis
I have a bulged skin in between my legs and when I press it so hard the pus oozes out and the after blood comes out. The bulged skin is different from other pores as it doesn't have any pain and it will only open if we use a safety pin. I try inserting safety pin as i dosent feel any pain when i inserted my one side of safty pin fully into the pore. After a few minutes of bloodshed water like substance will flow only when i press it hard. Is it some kind of waste ejection from my body or should i take it as a serious issue. I am a 27 year old male .
