Hi! Flat head is very common in babies due to constantly sleeping on one side, please change the posture of head frequently during sleep eg, slightly right/left or flat. Make sure that neck is not too flexed or too extended. The bulge on forehead is due to the closure of skull bones nothing to worry about it as the child grows it would appear normal
Next Steps
Nothing to worry

Babies prefer to sleep on one side, so head is flat. As babies grow the head shape will change
Next Steps
The forehead swelling is normal too. Nothing to worry
