Bulge in right scrotum
Right testis seems to be inactive during and after masturbating. Always is filled and never empty. It feels uncomfortable and funny in lower abdomen region. Also I feel the need to stretch the right side of my body parts in general.The size of testicules might differ which I can understand but the right scrotum always filled makes me suspicious whether it's part of the sexual organ or if that something has gone wrong due to an accident at a young age.

You are unnecessarily casting doubts about your Right testes. Whether working or not, its mere presence has given you the hormones to have sexual thought and to produce sperms. .
You may be having a varicocoele which is enlargement of veins in scrotum.
If you feel that the left testis moves at sex and right doesnt, it may be normal, as both dobt need to have equal size, shape or movement.
