Bulge in groin, pain, erectile issues
My 17 year old son has a large bulge in his upper groin area. He has not had an erection in over a month. Today he could not push when urinating and the bulge is aching. He had an ultrasound of it a year ago and it was not a hernia, just a muscle knot/mass.

I advice you to consult a general surgeon or a surgical urologist (urgently ,if your son is unable to pass urine)
