  4. Bug in my ear. Should i sleep?.

Bug in my ear
Today at 1.20am an insect/bug went into my left ear. I have poured 3 to 5 times water into my ear, but no use. Now it's 2.45am, I cannot feel comfortable and sleep. I can feel that the bug is still in the ear. Which direction Should I sleep??. Kindly give me suggestions on urgent basis.

Dont put water in ear. Get it removed from an ENT specialist on urgent basis.
