  4. Bubbles kind dots. Shot. please help me.

Bubbles kind dots
Today morning after I woke up I found few little bubble kind dots next to my lips near mouth. I am worried what could be the issue. Recently I moved to USA from India , what could be the reason. Please check and let me know if I can take some medicine to get recovery and not to expand . attaching screen shot. Please help me. Thanks in advance
