The PPBS (Post prandial blood Sugar) less than FBS (Fasting blood sugar) is rarely seen. You need to confirm if there was any reporting error or printing mistakes.
Next Steps
Repeat FBS and PPBS, Also do an HbA1c test which will tell you her glycaemic levels for past 2-3 months.

The report is definitely a matter of concern. But there are other parameters which can be checked and they are more reliable for eg HbA1c. Also we need to access her clinically. You can connect with me on Practo for further help.
