Bruising and nosebleeds
Ive been having nosebleeds, easy bruising, sleeping more, headaches and pain in bones and joints. These symptoms have been going on for several weeks now. Emergency room didn't believe me but they did say I had slight fever and diagnosed me with hypertension but didn't treat me for anything.

You need to get couple of blood test done which include CRP, RF, CBC, BT,CT, INR. That should help diagnosing your problem. If there is any past relevant medical history then I would need to know about it.

Get the tests done, coagulation profile is must.
