Brown vaginal discharge
I am a 35 year old female, married and diagnosed with premature ovarian failure. I do not get periods and I am not on any medication currently. I have noticed a brown vaginal discharge recently with slight threads of blood in it. I do not have any pain or discomfort. What could be the cause of this brown discharge?

U need to get a pap smear done,along with Ultrasound lower abdomen to see for any underlying issues ,also visit clinic and get ur self physically examined,based on which we shall be able to advise you further on this.
