Brown spotting for 7 days not pregnant

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Recent history of PE(multiple,bilateral with infarction)in July and again in Nov after given the ok to stop anticoagulant treatment.had irregular periods since July 2015(Mirena inserted Jan. 2015).got an ultrasound in Nov of my ovaries and uterus that showed my IUD was low tilted to the right and embedded in uterine wall.2 days later I got it removed(took a few good pulls and tugs)and immediately got another inserted.had regular period then 2 days later have brwn discharge for 7 days. Why?
