Hello there...I can understand your concern. it would have been better if you had posted a photo of the lesion. Firstly we will need to diagnose why the born spot has occured. whether it is due any post inflammatory hyperpigmentation or any irritants like tobacco. so kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
