I don't have any other problem like pain/swelling but when i do sexual activity i discharge brown sperm / dark red sperm idk its exact colour called i attached a pic in this i am using trenaxa 500 and cefix 200 mg what is the problem plz help

You should do a urine routine and culture and consult with an Urologist.
