Avoid prolonged standing. Elevate ur foot end at least half an hour b4 sleep. Take enough vitamin c containing food like lemon. Apply coconut oil daily after bath. Use glycerin soap for scrubbing ur effected parts during bath. Apply kozic acid hydroquinone crm at night
