Brown discharge. Gain please help!

Im having very very light brown discharge everyday n it's been happening since 2 weeks with mild cramps ...my periods will be happening after 1 week .. I feel it's mid cycle spotting but why it's happening since 2 weeks n not stopping........ * Had i-pills 5 months back but it didn't work still got pregnant. * 2 months back I had a complete abortion of 7 weeks pregnancy with help of medicine from doctor . * since then No sexual . *Had my normal period last month i.e after completing abortion my  1 period came the next month i.e may . * No fever no vaginal irritation or any sort of problems just mild cramps everything feels Normal in body . * I do running very morning n some abdomen excercise . * No covid , no stress * No weight gain Please help !!!
