Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hello. I had an unprotected sex on the day of my ovulation. After some days i started feeling nauseous, frequent urination,lower back and thigh pain. Please I need help. My period was two days late.but this morning I started bleeding. The blood is watery and brown in colour. I also have abdominal cramps with nausea.
