  4. Brown and light period. Why is it so?

Brown and light period
I get my periods regular always for 3 days on due time but the flow is less than earlier and It is dark brown. And i am getting pms also. Why is it so?

Consult a gynaecologist first she may also prescribe some anxiolytic for PMS.
