Brother in ICU with PAH n other ailments
Given the my brother is mentally Abnormal patient’s condition (AF with FVR, PAH, hepatosplenomegaly, pleural effusion, thrombocytopenia), is the current management approach (oxygen, NIV, antibiotics, and supportive treatment) optimal? Are there additional interventions or investigations to consider to improve outcomes? How much time is left for him as doctor said General condition of the patient is critical, on NRBM and intermittent NIV support (oxygen till yesterday 83 but today 79-81), around 10l given, cant do CT Scan as oxygen dips. 15 years ago he had surgery of pericardectomy (Tubercular Constrictive Pericarditis)
