Broadning shoulder n ribcage
Hello, my breast is 30 f ..so plz plz name some effective yoga or exercise to widen my shoulders and ribcage so that it can carry my breast properly...plz suggest something very effective i get frequent shoulder pain and breathing problems i am not able to do any work... i am in great need plz help...
