Bright Red Stool

Bright Red Stool

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Bright red blood on toilet paper after wiping. This has been happening on and off for a couple months now. Occasionally it can cause slight pain, but normally just shows up when wiping. Also, only a little shows up in stool. What could my problem be? I have no dramatic change in diet, either. Thank You
