This s absolutely due to high points n ill fitting bridge
Next Steps
go to dentist n reduce high points . if it hasnt placed properly and if there s big gap between bridge and gums then there ll be food accumulation so better to repeat if its not fitting properly

It’s due to improper occlusion or occlusal imbalance I e the high points still persists or d harmony of the overlap of upper and lower teeth has not been achieved. Also may be due to ill fitting crowns.
Next Steps
Visit dentist for occlusal correction. Check for high points and roughness in the crown. Also check for proper fit of the crown.
Health Tips
If necessary, get a new bridge , this time with a little out of occlusion bridge, where the bridge has minimum contact with the opposing teeth or crowns

Hello Sir, Clicking can be due to various reasons 1.normal bite itself on a bridge can feel strange ,and if it's a metal bridge you will feel this click sound initially.however ideally this should not last more than 3 weeks 2.it can be also a TMJ joint problem 3.can be due to roughness on the brigde which occurred when it was adjusted But to know exact reason  a clear picture will help.
Next Steps
would suggest you to go back to your dentist and get checkup if you are not better in a week or if pain develop

Differentiate the origin of click sound. Jaw joint dysfunction or rarely high points of the crown. Pls follow these, Have soft food strictly for 7-10 days. Use spoon for having any food, do not use hand. Do not open mouth wide, while yawning/speaking loudly/ do not clench teeth. If having any kind of fruits, have in very small pieces. Chew with both sided back teeth and gently. And eat slowly. Do not keep checking your clicking sound of jaw,it will make the condition worse, may cause pain.
Next Steps
however visit dentist for the same.

You find that tick sound either due to high point...or due to tmj issue...or due to rough surfaces of the bridge or..may be due to gums issue ... Kindly share some pics of that bridge and gums region so it will be easier to suggest you the best opinion...

Proving pictures would be more valuable. Clicking might be because of newness of the brige. Also might be because of variety of crown you had chosen. Basically if you provide  proper history and pictures we can give a better view on this
