Need to know what medications she s on..also do a urine pregnancy test , a serum TSH , serum prolactin , Vitamin D3 , ultrasound pelvis..
She could be suffering from hypothyroidism, hyperprolactinemia , vit D deficiency , PCOS ,or rarely it could be pregnancy .
