I have difficulty breathing, especially early morning when I wake up or if I do even slight quick movements like climbing stairs or moving around at home or office. Forget about running, I have problems breathing even if I walk briskly. I cough too.
I have been taking rotahaler with aerocort capsule for several years. Earlier I would take it occasionally (2-3 times in a month), but these days I have to take at least once every day. Recently a doctor suggested me to take seroflo 250. I don't want to keep graduating to higher power medicines.
My father and brother also have the same problem. But they have managed to control it through yoga. I am doing yoga but it takes time. Is there a way I could manage breathlessness so that it is not so big a problem in my day to day life.
