I was smoker for 6years, usually 5 cigarette a day, and i left smoking almost a year back. Reason to quit smoking is my upper back pain but after a year also i still have upper back pain. I have done checkup and visited many doctor but all told stress issue or do exercise, but it didn't solve my problem.
For last 15 days i am feeling breathing problem, while taking stairs i feel it, even while sleeping/sitting, i feel somewhat breathing problem and pain in upper back.
Please give me to get relief from all these problems

Constant upper back ache and Breathing difficulty is of concern. Although Smoking can damage your lungs causing breathing difficulty usually it will be slowly progressive over many years unlike in your case where it has progressed rapidly over few days. Its better to get a chest x-ray and spirometry
