Breathing problem
Hello... i am 26 yrs old... everytime i got insufficient breathing problem ( similar to asthama) after consuming alcohol... evn I smoke too... Also other conditions i faces like indigestion, gastric problem, This problem last for 2 days... after dat my health becomes normal... I need ur suggestions... it would b helpful for me...

I think answer for your question is in your question itself. Alcohol and nicotine can effect all the systems in your body. Your body tries to get rid of them in couple of days after which you become normal. Definitely there is no other treatment other than quitting them
