18 months ago when i consulted one physician for my breathing problem , then he diagnosed me and told me that i was having high blood pressure because of which i was having breathing problem , but ,after he gave me medications for that , my condition went little better but i had still those constant urge to breath fully twice every minute. then he gave me medications for asthma , lung infections, and anxiety . after that my condition went little better . but still its not gone completely . and now after 18 months i realised that i had still that little breathing problem that i had to complete my breath 70% through nose &30% through mouth to complete one breath twice -thrice every minute . and so finally i went through internet and got to know about PSEUDO DYSPNEA and how it is realted to shortness of breath and i now think that i had this same problem and thats why those medications didnt help .
so, if you can help me out with this , i would be so thankful to you.
