Breathing probelm
I have got breathing problem, when I get this problem I breath forcefully due to which my legs and hands become cold. I had a checkup with general physician where he said my bp, oxygen, heart beat is normal. In a month I got this problem for thrice, I don't know what to do. Please suggest and help me. This breathing problem almost occurs while am sitting not while walking. I will be alright while am walking or standing.

Hello, I went through your query, it could be anxiety attack!!! But it is not possible to come to any conclusion with out examining and without asking you any questions, it's good you already underwent examination, cardiac echo, ECG, will role out most of life threatening conditions of heart, other would be less significant,, you can get it as regular health checkup. Please consult a physician.
