My father breaths fine normally however he feels out of breath when speaking.
He has been through open heart surgery in January 2021 and has developed this symptom after surgery. It is getting worst day by day.
Please suggest what needs to be done for diagnosis and recommend further
consultation.
Thank you,
Nayan

Need to evaluate cause for breathing problem as post open heart surgery it is common for patients to develop pleural effusion in the chest, could be related to cardiac/pulmonary cause, need to evaluate in detail with chest x-ray,2 D echo, review with cardiologist for further evaluation and treatment
Next Steps
consult pulmonologist for further guidance
