Breathing difficulty

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi, I am going through difficulty in breathing, short breaths & uncontrollable sobbing even though I've not cried, it happens continuously when I try to control it I find it difficult to breathe, this sobbing condition never happened before, except for the breathing issue was quite normal, I used to face this once in a while, now it has become a concern since it is effecting my sleep & work.. Could someone please suggest on who should I consult and what is this even called or if this is a something to worry about? Thank you!
