Breathing Difficulties
I am taking Foracort 200 MDI ,once daily as per adviced by pulmologist.Now I am also having difficulty in breathing and Nasal Blockage,ENT find Mild DNS and having polyps in nose .Dr suggested to take Fluticasone Nasal Spray,taking it since last 40 days but still problem persist and some time I have to take oxymetazoline nasal spray.Kindly suggest

Sir you need to get a CT scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses done to know the extend of dns and polyps.

You need to get CT PNS. If your polyps are not responding to sprays you might need a surgery.

You need to share your CT scan PNS report  to comment properly. If you are having polypoidal tissue in nose, then you need Endoscopic removal of tissue. In addition steroid nasal spray, decongestants nasal drop, Antihistaminic and antibiotics (if infected) is helpful
