Breath stopping while sleeping

Some times while sleeping as soon as i starts snoring breath is getting hold causing me improper sleep.

Its called as obstructive sleep apnoea .. If you are overweight this thing happens.. But if ur weight normal then kindly see a doctor u need to be examined for chest suggestions wont work...
