Its been few days that I feel breath shortness while I go to sleep.. and feel little discomfort because of that... Discomfort will be more if I lying down than if I sit...

Shortness of breath can be due to many reasons....may be due to respiratory or cardiac cause or from apprehension!!! If there is leg swelling along with shortness of breath and if it is more In lying down...it may be due a cardiac cause....u need thorough clinical check up and few investigations!!!
