Breath pauses in sleep.
Hello Sir/Mam, my age is 24, i have some breathing problems since childhood like asthma but it will not come frequently once or twice in a year..but from past 2 months i was experiencing that my breath is pausing while am in sleep..i faced this issue 1month back my doctor said it was due to panic and anxiety..even now am tensed about Covid. Again am facing this issue suddenly waking up from sleep...normal temperature, no sneezing but in chest wheezing sounds, feeling heavyness and little bit of cough and also cough is not getting frequently... pls solve my problem..! My doc suggested me to take AB Flow tablets.

Hello, It appears that you have flare up of your asthma. Continue your medicines for asthma as prescribed by your physician. In case your wheezing worsens or you are unable to sleep because of breathlesness, You might need to visit nearest hospital for symptomatic treatment
