Breath and lungs problem i think
I get shortness of breath from time to time and i get the feeling that my throat has something stuck in it. i have to spit in order for the feeling to kind of go away. now my nose is closed too and i cant breathe properly

I  think u suffering from  allergic rhinitis and pharyngitis, Take steam inhalation , do saline water gargle
