I'm having fever since Tuesday and yesterday u went for test and report says that I have dengue initial stage...and I have attached the report please check that once..
My question is can I give breast milk to baby when I have dengue... please help

Im giving breastmilk night time only and I tried bottle feed also but he is refusing.. please help me

The dengue serology has come out to be negative. However that is inconsequential when it comes to breast feeding. You can continue doing so normally without any fear of transmission of infection to the baby.
