Stored breastmilk always. Store it in steel container in the lower section of fridge for a day. When required, thaw it in a vessel with warm water, no boiling. Put the first drop on the forearm of the child and baby is okay with it then use it for feeding. Not to give it with bottle. With bowl and spoon only.
