Breastmilk flow increase
My baby is 1month 10days old.he passes urine more than 10times a day.it means he gets enough breast milk. but when he sucks from one breast,there is no leakage from another breast.initially it happened but not now.even when I pump using manual pump machine, it takes a lot time to fill even 1oz.how can I increase the flow of my breast milk?

Eat healthy food, think and feel good , can consider taking lactation consultant opinion .
