Absolutely no to top feed as long as your kid is gaining weight and passing urine every four hours. You should feed from each breast till you have feeling of emptiness, this feeling usually comes in 10 mins. Make sure you are holding your baby in correct position. Just have a visit with lactation consultant so the He/She can assess what's going on.
