Hello doctor.. M a breastfeeding of a 7 month old baby. Mujhe bilkul bi bhukh nhi lg rhi hai kuch dino se bs pure din vomit jesa feel hota h ..m not pregnant again. Or weakness bi bht rhti hai what should I take ? Any medicines pls tell me.
